Many people don’t realise that they unknowingly sabotage their health one way or the other every single day, and bring a toxin load onto their body’s that it isn’t designed to handle. This is exactly where we were just a few years ago, Matt was coming to the end of his Afl career and was completely reliant of anti-inflammatory drugs and pain killers just to get by each day, as well as sleeping pills to sleep each night.
